World Cup 2006 Blog Day 11

08/07/2006: I'm having to run my end here in Germany from an internet cafe, not that I'm doing much. The Germans seem to be as jobsworth as the English internet providers. Either that or the friends I am staying with want me to leave. I won't go.

Off to see Germany v Portugal today in Gelsenkirchen. Neither side seem bothered about the result so it might be a good game and there are a few people going out.

Went along with a lesbian friend to a gay club last night. I realised it was 70s and 80s cheasy night and the music was pretty bad but Tina Turner's Simply the Best. It's simply not right. If I was gay I would be complaining.

Germany has everything I need. Cheap drinks, cheap fags, cheap accomodation. I'm home on Thursday.

I can't stress how well I have been treated by all the German people I have spent time with even that twat in the Everton top. All nice clever people.

Can't remember ever seeing a good World Cup final. Maybe Argentina Holland but I was quite young. So I am predicting a high scoring game with the odd goal in it.

Either that or nils each.

I don't think any French people come on the site (why would they?) and the only Italian fans who come to visit tell Luca Toni

For the best prices. I use , I really do.

08/07/2006: Why am I not surprised you are gay?

08/07/2006: And why am I not surprised the people you are staying with don't want you there? I mean, if you showed up on my doorstep - I can't say I'd let you in. You and your biased and ill-thoughtout views on football have no place in my home
