Hawks have Euro look
16/05/2006: Togo coach Otto Pfister named his squad late on Monday for World Cup 2006, with many of the squad based in Europe.
Besides those who play in Africa the roster is made up of mainly lower league French-based players, some from Germany, a few from Belgium and an assortment of other European leagues including the Premiership with star player Emmanuel Adebayor - a member of the Arsenal squad.

Goalkeepers: Kossi Agassa (FC Metz), Ouro-Nimini Tchangirou (Djoliba), Kodjovi Dodji Obilale (Etoile Filante)
Defenders: Jean Paul Yaovi Abalo (Apoel Nicosia), Eric Akoto (Admira Wacker), Richmond Forson (Jeanne d'Arc Poire), Karim Guede (Hamburg SV II), Ludovic Assemoassa (Ciudad Murcia), Toure Assimiou (Bayer Leverkusen), Dare Nibombe (Mons-Bergen), Kuami Agboh (KSK Beveren), Affo Cerlmont Erassa (AS Moulins)
Midfielders: Cherif Toure Mamam (Metz), Alaixys Romao (Louhans-Cuiseaux), Thomas Dossevi (Valenciennes), Yao Kaka Aziawonou (Young Boys), Junior Senaya (YF Juventus), Adekanmi Olufade (Al Sailiya)
Strikers: Emmanuel Adebayor (Arsenal), Mohamed Kader Coubadja (Guingamp), Robert Malm (Brest, France), Massamasso Tchangai (Benevento), Moustapha Salifou (Stade Brestois).
Togo face last tournament's semi-finalists South Korea, Switzerland and 1998 World Cup winners France in their qualifying group.
