Serbia stars could be fined
18/06/2006: A Serbia & Montenegro official has stated that players will face 'financial penalties' if they don't take their final game seriously.
Ilija Petkovic's side already know they will be heading home from Germany after the group stages having lost their opening two games against Holland and Argentina.
Both of those two sides have qualified from Group C leaving a 'dead rubber' between Serbia and Ivory Coast, but the European's are insisting they are desperate to pick up the points.
Team spokesman Aleksandar Boskovic stated: "The game against Ivory Coast is our absolute priority."
