Real reject Robben claims
07/07/2006: Real Madrid have denied an illegal approach for Holland's Arjen Robben but Fabio Capello has hinted at a move for Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Spanish giants have been linked with both players in recent weeks, but Dutch international winger Robben looked to be one of the club's main targets when Ramon Calderon was elected as Real's new president on Monday.
Calderon claimed sporting director Predrag Mijatovic was at a World Cup game in Germany where he had spoken to Blues chairman Roman Abramovich about a deal.
