Raul on mark for Spain

Support your team with ringtones and wallpapers!04/06/2006: Raul was almost prophetic with his comments ahead of Spain's 2-0 World Cup warm-up win against Egypt scoring his first competitive goal since October.

The Real Madrid hitman was played in a more midfield role behind the two strikers.

Before the game Raul said: "I am comfortable in this position, where I can play with a lot of freedom, and we have two very fast players up front who can score goals.

"I haven't scored for a while but I am confident this will change very soon. If I play it's because the coach thinks I will add something to the team.

"But people should be talking about the whole team not just how or where Raul might or might not play football."

Arsenal's Reyes in the second half, from a free kick, doubled Raul's 14th minute effort.
