Michel looks to future
23/06/2006: Henri Michel says whoever succeeds him as Ivory Coast coach will have to eradicate minor problems and take them to the next level.
Michel, who has announced he is taking a job at an undisclosed Qatar-based club, is annoyed that a side with so much potential was unable to reach the knock-out stages of this summer's competition.
He said: "We have shown we can play good football and we have now got used to playing the heavyweight nations in the game.
"That experience can be good and now it must be taken forward from here."
