Lehmann worry for hosts

10/06/2006: Jens Lehmann is struggling with an injury and the goalkeeper is in danger of missing Germany's next World Cup 2006 game against Poland.

The Arsenal stopper suffered an ankle injury during the host nations thrilling' 4-2 victory against Costa Rica in Friday's opening World Cup game.

Lehmann was treated at half-time after twisting his ankle and went on to complete the match but has been in pain since and will have intensive treatment in a bid to play on Thursday. If he misses out, Bayern Munich's Oliver Kahn would take over.

Comments on: Lehmann worry for hosts

10/06/2006: I think Kahn is the better keeper anyway. Lehmann is overrated just because he plays for the Arsenal.
