Totti bemused by injury crisis
08/06/2006: Striker Francesco Totti was at a loss for words over the injury crisis that has threatened to derail Italy's assault on World Cup 2006.
The Roma star has only just returned to fitness himself after missing three months of the domestic season with a broken leg but has had to watch as a number of high-profile Italian players have succumbed to injury problems ahead of their opening Group E clash with Ghana on Monday.
Defender Gianluca Zambrotta and midfielder Gennaro Gattuso have been ruled out of the Ghana match with thigh injuries, while veteran defender Alessandro Nesta is also doubtful for the opener.
