Confident Toni eyes Final glory
08/07/2006: Luca Toni has hailed the mental strength of his Italy side and insists they will triumph over France in the World Cup Final.
Toni, who has managed just one goal so far in the tournament, is delighted Italy have proved a few doubters wrong with their progression to the Final and now is calling for one last big effort to be crowned world champions.
The striker said: "We always said we were a good team - and, after the big game with Germany everybody can see we are.
"The whole world can see we have a fantastic team. Now we will have one last big push to win the final."
