Beenhakker reveals provisional squad

12/04/2006: Trinidad and Tobago coach Leo Beenhakker has named a provisional 24-man squad for the islands' assault on the World Cup in Germany.

In doing so, he has become the first coach to name his roster for the tournament which begins on June 9. However, one of the 24 is heading for disappointment, with 23 being the FIFA limit.

Five reserve Soca Warriors have also been named in case any of the squad pick up injuries. Among the five on standby are goalkeeper Tony Warner of Fulham, Swindon's Ricky Shakes, Hector Sam from Port Vale, Sweden-based Nigel Henry and MLS star Scott Sealy.
