Baros winning fitness race
20/06/2006: Milan Baros has a chance of featuring for the Czech Republic against Italy on Thursday but Jan Koller looks almost certain to miss out.
Aston Villa star Baros has yet to feature for his country at the World Cup after picking up a foot problem and there were fears he could miss the entire tournament.
But the former Liverpool frontman looks to have made good progress in the last week, with an MRI scan revealling that his prospects of playing against the Italians have greatly improved.
