Baros injury fears grow
14/06/2006: Milan Baros' hopes of playing in the World Cup are hanging in the balance as he continues to struggle with a foot injury.
Baros picked up the injury during the friendly clash against Trinidad and Tobago on June 3 and is a huge doubt for the remainder of the competition after failing to shake off the problem.
The striker returned to training after having pain-killing injections but lasted just 30 minutes before breaking down again.
The Czechs play Ghana in Cologne on Saturday but Baros is certain to miss out and it remains to be seen if he will play at all in Germany.
