World Cup Betting - Italy, Holland and Brazil

How to Bet on the World Cup

Thinking of way's to make some money from the World Cup? How about a double that appears to be an absolute certainty, and a bet on the top Brazilian goal scorer, which while not at the best odds, should again earn you some money this Summer.

Italy and Holland to win there respected groups at 6/5

While this bet doesn't have particularity brilliant odds, it should print you some money, as both Italy and Holland have been given very kind draws.

Holland were the team that impressed most during the group stages of Euro 2008, and if they can do the same again they will comfortably walk through Group E as winners. Joining the Dutch in Group E are Cameroon, Japan and Denmark, and with the likes of Wesley Sneijder and Arjen Robben at their disposal, you'd expect Holland to easily emerge as group winners.

Italy on the other hand were not so impressive at Euro 2008, and will be out to make amends this Summer. Joining the Azzuri in Group F are New Zealand, Slovakia and Paraguay, and again you would expect Italy to comfortably qualify as group winners.

While the Italians haven't got the same quality they had in Germany, they still have some very good players, and should have to much for their group F rivals.

Luis Fabiano to be the top Brazilian goal scorer at 7/4

Luis Fabiano -BrazilEvery Brazilian team in the past has a focal point upfront, and this side is no different, because they have Luis Fabiano. The Sevilla man has a fantastic goal scoring record at international level, with 25 goals in 36 caps, and I would expect him to continue that sort of form in South Africa.

Fabiano was the top scorer as Brazil won the Confederations Cup last year, and is the man who spearheads Brazilian attacks, and with Brazil set for a game against North Korea, you would expect Fabiano to find the back of the net.

While he will have competition for goals from the likes of Kaka and fellow striker Nilmar, you would expect Fabiano to score most of Brazil's goals, and he certainly makes the odd's of 7/4 look a good bet.
